Are you bonded and insured?
Yes, to protect your home and our staff.
Will a team of cleaners come to my home?
Yes we usually send at least two cleaners to each job.
How do you gain access to our home?
You give us a key, the owner of the company keeps it locked
in the office where he is the only one with access except
for the day of the cleaning, where the key is picked up in
the morning and returned that day.
If you are not comfortable giving us a key we have a lock
box service where we provide a lock box and you leave the
key; we will use it to gain access then leave it in the lock
box when we leave.
If you have an alarm:
- you can not set the alarm the day of cleaning
- you can give us the security code
- you can set up a temporary code for that day
How do I get an estimate?
We can give you a range of what it will cost over the phone.
We would be happy to come to your home and give you an estimate.
What do I need to supply for cleaning my home?
For sanitation reasons we ask that you supply a toilet brush.
We will bring a vacuum if you do not have one. Otherwise
we will maintain your vacuum, change the belt as needed and
empty the bag or canister if it is at least half full.
Do you do laundry?
Yes, and we use an eco-friendly laundry detergent, ask for a quote.
What payments do you accept?
You will need to supply a credit card number to confirm your
appointment, but can pay with cash, check, or credit card the
day of service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Less than 48 hours there is a $50 cancellation fee. If we show up and can not
gain access there is a $50 fee per scheduled cleaner.
What if I am not 100% satisfied?
24 hour guarantee - Contact us within 24 hours of service and
we will make arrangements to clean it again until you are completely
satisfied.
Do you accept gratuities?
It is not necessary as our cleaners are well compensated.
