Are you bonded and insured?

Will a team of cleaners come to my home?

Yes we usually send at least two cleaners to each job.

How do you gain access to our home?

You give us a key, the owner of the company keeps it locked in the office where he is the only one with access except for the day of the cleaning, where the key is picked up in the morning and returned that day.

If you are not comfortable giving us a key we have a lock box service where we provide a lock box and you leave the key; we will use it to gain access then leave it in the lock box when we leave.


If you have an alarm:
  • you can not set the alarm the day of cleaning
  • you can give us the security code
  • you can set up a temporary code for that day

How do I get an estimate?

We can give you a range of what it will cost over the phone. We would be happy to come to your home and give you an estimate.

What do I need to supply for cleaning my home?

For sanitation reasons we ask that you supply a toilet brush. We will bring a vacuum if you do not have one. Otherwise we will maintain your vacuum, change the belt as needed and empty the bag or canister if it is at least half full.

Do you do laundry?

Maid green is unable to provide some services because we can't perform them economically. Some of these include laundry and ironing.

How do I get free estimate?

Fill out the online form and we can arrange everything via email or give us a call and we can schedule an estimate for you.

Do you screen your employees?

Maid green does extensive background checks on all applicants as well as a rigorous interviewing process before each cleaner is hired and trained. We will only send quality trained cleaners to your home.

What is your cancellation policy?

If it is necessary to cancel/skip any scheduled cleaning day, please notify maid green 2 business days before the scheduled day due to the high demand for our service. That will allow us to reassign our team to another appointment.

The following charges will be made if we do not recieve proper notification:

  • Less than 2 business days notice: $50 fee
  • Less than 1 business days notice: Full price of your cleaning
  • If we cannot access your home: Full price of your cleaning

What payments do you accept?

You will need to supply a credit card number to confirm your appointment, the day of service you can pay with cash, check or we can charge your credit card, we accept visa and MasterCard.

What if I am not 100% satisfied?

24 hour guarantee - Contact us within 24 hours of service and we will make arrangements to re-clean the area which you are dissatisfied.

Do you accept gratuities?

Yes graciously. But we do not expect them.
