Maid Green's extensive checklist is all about you and your green clean home. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, floors and dusting. On every cleaning, we'll make sure that those areas are brightened and shine. We work with our weekly, bi-weekly and monthly clients to ensure that their home is clean. First-time cleanings may require more time at an additional cost. Please contact our office to discuss any special needs you may have.

Average rates for cleanings

  • 1 BR - $87-$132.
  • 2 BR, 1 BA - $112-$145.
  • 3 BR, 2 BA - $146-$175.

Bathrooms

  • Vanity top cleaned
    Tub and/or shower tiles thoroughly cleaned
  • Vacuum and/or scrub floor
  • Mirrors cleaned
  • Trash emptied
  • Towels replaced (if left out)
  • Sink thoroughly cleaned
  • Windowsills cleaned
  • Toilets cleaned inside and out
  • Baseboards dusted or wiped
  • Chrome fixtures shined
  • Fingerprints removed from all doorframes and light switches

Kitchen

  • Countertops and backsplash cleaned (all items removed and replaced)
  • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
  • Cabinet fronts cleaned or dusted
  • Windowsills cleaned
  • Exterior of appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop) cleaned (interior cleaned upon request — call for quote)
  • Fingerprints removed from all doorframes and light switches
  • Floor vacuumed or scrubbed
  • Baseboards dusted or wiped
  • Small appliances wiped
  • Wash or dust table and chairs
  • Dishes washed (please set up procedure with our office)
  • Trash emptied

Bedrooms

  • Carpets vacuumed or floors cleaned
  • Vacuum under bed (if accessible)
  • Windowsills cleaned
  • All areas dusted - on top, on front and underneath
  • Lampshades wiped down or dusted
  • Mirrors cleaned
  • Picture frames dusted
  • Fingerprints washed from all doorframes and light switches
  • Beds made; lavender scent added
  • Linens changed (if left out)
  • Baseboards dusted
  • Trash emptied
  • Light, general straightening completed

Other living areas, including hallways and stairs
